ADAMS is participating in Realty & Investment Expo in Al-Raya Hall on 14/5/2008.
Under framework of Adams General Trading & Cont. Co. desire to participate within activities of the Fifteenth Realty and Investment Expo as to offer sale of deluxe flat ownership in Adams Tower (1) in Bneid Al-Gar, the General Manager of Adams Co. – Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Khaledi expressed his pride in going of the Company to work on enabling the citizens to live in the city and so they have started looking to the living method more practically and so they do not see as they did before for living in big and multi-floor houses as the family has become lesser compared to the previous and this result has led to increased demand for vertical residence, and further to the high cost of lands and houses that prevents the young generation from the ownership, and he stated “We have expansion plans for concentration of our all development projects in Bneid Al-Gar”, and he continued to state “Prices of investmental residence on increase generally and there are several factors that boosted that increment – inter alia the building materials prices that forces the merchant to increase the prices, and Mr. Abdulaiz Al-Khaledi affirmed “I believe determinative quality of our customers stating that the time has come for propagating further awareness and the buyer must recognize his rights and get apprised deeply under the frame of his purchase dealings in the realty market, specifically in the ownership flats.
